Green Sprout English School is a specialized English school that combines the best of English tutoring and conversation schools, offering an international and vibrant atmosphere!

We currently operate three schools across two prefectures, Tokyo and Tochigi, catering to a wide range of students from 4 years old to adults. 

【Features of Green Sprout English School】

Rather than focusing solely on exam preparation or qualification tests, our school helps students naturally acquire the six essential skills for communicating in English: listening, speaking, reading, writing, grammar, and critical thinking. This builds practical English proficiency that can be used worldwide. All 60 minutes of our lessons are conducted entirely in English, ensuring an unparalleled amount of input and output.

/lesson based on experience and qualification

• Each lesson is one hour long and varies between private sessions and group sessions.

Full time and Part time teachers 

• Incentive and Bonuses  are provided based upon current student performance and prospective student enrollment from trial lesson ¥3,000 per a student who took a trial lesson. 
• 🍽️ 🥗 Providing a lunch covering of ¥500 to teacher on Saturdays.

–Part time Weekdays(Tuesday to Friday)from 3:00pm to 9:00pm, Saturday hours varies from 11:00am to 9pm.

–Full time 8 hours 45 minutes break, Flex-Time system, 5 days a week, provided social insurance.

– We offer four one-week breaks each year, and a two-week Christmas break.

• English: Native level
• Desire and ability to work with young children to adult learners (age ranges from 3 years old to adult learners)
• BA/BS Degree or higher from a University where English is the primary language; all majors are accepted
• Ability to work the hours needed as decided by the school and must be professional, punctual and reliable
• Previous teaching experience to Japanese English learners included Eiken, Entrance examinations to enter a high school or university, TEAP and IELTS or TEFL/TESOL certified preferred but not required
• Candidates who can commit to a long term (more than 1 year) will be prioritized
• Must hold a valid work visa

Teach English to motivated Japanese learners at Green Sprout English School.

We offer mainly private lessons and some group lessons, each one hour in length.

Our students eager to learn, ranging from younger children(as young as 4 years old) to adult leaners. Teachers will find the experience rewarding and enjoyable.  

We are looking for candidates who are willing to learn and apply Green Sprout’s teaching methods, while also incorporating their own teaching skills.

Successful candidates must have a native English fluency, can work with a wide range or ages (student ages ranging from 3 years old to adult learners), possess good communication skills, be approachable, and be open minded to cultural differences.
The candidate must also be creative and have a willingness to learn Green Sprout’s teaching methods in addition to incorporating their own teaching skills. Candidates must also possess a BA/BS degree (all majors considered)
